At Liberty, efforts are consistently recognized, leading to my two promotions and opportunities to work on various projects. I've experienced remarkable career growth and am deeply grateful to the management. In one project, I successfully implemented a paper-saving measure with their support, earning recognition and a nomination for the Chairman's Award for digitization to conserve paper. This accolade, from the Global team, is a highlight of my career. I also introduced measures that enhanced project efficiency and customer satisfaction, thanks to an environment where constructive feedback is valued.

Regarding work-life balance, I lost my parents during the pandemic. The management, understanding the challenges of the Covid-19 crisis, extended my leave to help me cope.

I've flourished at Liberty, where the management nurtures employees to thrive in a high-performance setting. It's a privilege to be part of this organization.
